Processing Time
Non-personalized pieces ship within 24 to 48 hours of your order, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please note that during peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
Personalized pieces take a little extra time — please allow an additional 4–8 business days for us to craft them with care before they ship.
If your order contains both personalized and non-personalized pieces, everything ships together in one parcel once every piece is ready.

Change of Address
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request; however, changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered the shipping process.

To get your order to you quickly, we begin processing it as soon as it's confirmed. Because personalized pieces are made to order, we're unable to cancel or change an order (including personalization details) once it's been placed. Please review your order carefully, including all personalization details, before completing your purchase
