Each product page shows exactly what can be personalized - name, initial, birthstone, or a combination. Enter your details directly on the product page before adding to cart. A character counter shows you how many characters are available for that specific piece.

Most of our bracelets come on a 6" chain with a 2" extender, so you can wear them anywhere between 6–8 inches. A small number of styles come in a fixed 7" size - this will be noted on the individual product page. If you're unsure which size is right for you, wrap a soft tape measure or strip of paper around your wrist just below the wrist bone - most adults fall between 6.5–7.5 inches.

Your bracelet is designed, handcrafted, then shipped in 4–8 days. From there, delivery takes 4–8 working days to the US and UK, or 5–12 working days for the rest of the world.

No - and here's why. Our bracelets are made from surgical grade stainless steel with 1.0 micron of 18K gold plating. That's 10x thicker than industry standard. Most gold-plated jewelry uses 0.03 micron plating over copper or brass - metals that oxidise, fade, and turn skin green. Ours don't. Every piece is covered by our 2-year warranty, so if anything ever isn't right, we'll repair or replace it.

Yes. Our bracelets are fully waterproof - shower, swim, sweat. The combination of surgical grade stainless steel and PVD-coated 18K gold plating means water won't lift or damage the plating. You can wear your bracelet every day without taking it off.

Yes. All our bracelets are made from surgical grade stainless steel - no lead, no copper, no brass, no harmful metals. If you've had reactions to cheaper jewelry in the past, it was likely caused by copper or brass oxidising against your skin. Our pieces don't contain either.

Every Olivia Jewelry bracelet comes with a 2-year repair-or-replace warranty. If your piece has a quality issue within that period, we'll fix it or send you a new one. We stand behind the quality - no hoops, no drama.
